RENTAL CONDITIONS

• To confirm the reserve, please pay 50% of the final amount to an account number previously agreed. You will pay the other 50% when you return the key.
• Children under 2 are free of charge if they sleep in a cot, and children under 4 are free if they use the existing beds. Children over this age have to pay per person and night in extra bed.
• Credit cards accepted.
• Pets are allowed as long as they have a proper health card and are under the owner's responsibility at all times
  You are asked to ensure that other guests can enjoy their peace and quiet.

CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY

• If the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior to due date, 100% will be refunded.
• 15 to 7 days prior to due date, 30%.
• 7 days or less prior to due date, 0%.
