RENTAL CONDITIONS

• To confirm a reservation, you must deposit
  50% of the total amount to a previously agreed
  account number. The remaining 50%
  will be paid when collecting the keys.
• Free a child under 2 years old using a cot and free a child under 4 years old using existing beds. A child over this age or an adult pays per person and night in an extra bed.
• Credit cards are accepted.
• Pets are allowed with the corresponding health card and always
  under the responsibility of their owner.
• Respect and silence towards other tenants is requested.

CONDITIONS, IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS and REFUND OF PAYMENT AND TICKET

• If the cancellation date is more than 15 days before, 100% of the amount will be returned.
• Between 15 and 7 days before 30%.
• With 7 or less days before 0%.
